What is the Kaiut Yoga Method?
The Kaiut Yoga Method is a biomechanical style of yoga developed by Brazilian chiropractor and yoga teacher Francisco Kaiut. Delivered within a series of 100 different classes, the Method utilizes a variety of poses that incorporate gravity, one’s own body weight, and props - like bolsters and straps - to target restrictions deep within the joints.
